anOthER laKsa spOt...

Today, I shall bring you to a new food spot in Melaka. Its been around since 1970... its called 'Sunday Ice Cafe'... if you ask me... I feel that its a very catchy name and my family have been patronizing this shop since 1990 (when I was just in Primary School).

To my surprise... its still around after all these years! The setting, the shop front... and most important... the taste of the Laksa... YUMMY and SPICY!!!

A very nice name... Sunday Ice Cafe... Its been around since 1970...

Laksa... that is the one and only menu I've ever eat at this shop... and what is the best item to go with the hot and spicy Laksa?? A cool and refreshing Ice Kacang...

The Laksa that I've ever loved... add the Sambal to make more tasty... not to mention, more spicy... and all those cost only RM3.50 per plate and the serving is not too big nor too small... just nice...

The Laksa itself isn't so oily compared to the ones you would normally find popping out around Melaka. The serving is also just nice as its not either too big nor small. To soothe your burning lips... they also offers the delicious and cooling Ice Kacang to calm down that burning lips of yours.

I think the menu board is mostly about different type of Ice Kacang availables...What a pleasant headache... 

Besides Laksa  and Ice Kacang, they have Kangkung Rojak... which I haven't tried as I was more hooked and excited on the Laksa.

If you feel like have the best Laksa in Melaka and do not want to wait under the hot sun and long queue for it... this is the best place to go.
