a neW toY... pS3 sLim : fiNaL fAnTasY XIII liGhtHinG eDiTioN...

This is going to be a very simple and staight to the point post... and for people who know me and my bf as well... you can see that our interest in things is almost the same. Both of us like soft toys (we just can't resist those cute and cuddly plushies... ><"), both of us are also into playing games (it doesn't matter online or offline), watching Formula 1 (that is like our anniversary thing... must go to the F1 every year) and get our hands (and making our wallets hurt and bleeding in the process) on the latest collectors stuff... it doesn't matter if it is soft toys or gaming console... if its limited... then we'll get it.

The latest gaming console that we got our hands on is the 'Playstation 3 Slim : Final Fantasy XIII Lightning Edition'... that's one long name. But this is the second Final Fantasy themed console that we got our hands on... the first one was the 'Playstation Portable Final Fantasy VII : Crisis Core Limited Edition'... that's another long name (come to think about it... I still haven't uploaded the pictures of it on my blog yet... ><").

Initially, I thought it was black in color and matte cover... like those available in the market. But when he took a picture and let me see the next day... it was white... ceramic white, to be exact. The controller is also of the same color... but it came with only one controller... so guess it's time to hunt for a second one... which I prefer to be black (but he prefers it to be white to match the console... ><").

But the best part is the front... it has a silhouette of Lightning... the lead female protagonist in 'Final Fantasy XIII'... and my bf is starting to act like Giroro from Keroro Gunsou. He's practically polishing it everyday... and what freaks me out the most is... he always comes back home (from work) and talks to the console... ><"

Well... guess that I'm assured that this console will be well taken care off... unlike his PSP... which he accidentally dropped it on the floor (he claimed that he fell asleep while playing with the PSP)... and his PS2 which is literally covered in dust (one wonders how long he never cleaned the console).
